Position: Receptionist
Dr Szczyt Clinic is a place where medicine, aesthetics and trust come together to create an exceptional standard of care. For over 20 years we have been building a brand based on precision, discretion and an individual approach to every patient.
We are one of the leading plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine centers in Poland.
We are currently looking for a person to support our reception team — with a smile, composure and elegance in communication, available to work several days a week as well as on Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- direct and telephone service to patients in Polish and English,
- ensuring a positive first impression and atmosphere in the Clinic,
- handling email correspondence and the appointment calendar,
- cooperating with the team of doctors and administrative staff,
- maintaining the aesthetics and standard of the reception area.
We expect:
- high personal culture and natural elegance in communication,
- very good command of English (essential requirement),
- knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage,
- strong communication skills, empathy and attention to detail,
- availability several days a week and on Saturdays (4–8 hours),
- commitment and willingness to develop within the aesthetic medicine industry.
