Couperose skin
Couperose skin is skin prone to redness, visible small blood vessels, and hyperreactivity to external stimuli. Erythema may appear after a change in temperature, exertion, stress, alcohol, spicy food, or certain cosmetics. Couperose skin can be sensitive, dry, and prone to a burning sensation at the same time. Persistent erythema, papules, or pustules may require differentiation from, among other things, rosacea, so in the case of intensified symptoms it is worth consulting a dermatologist.
