Fascial massage

Fascial massage is a technique of working with the connective tissue surrounding muscles, organs, and other body structures. Its aim is to improve tissue mobility, reduce tension, and support movement comfort. It can be used in physiotherapy, among other things, for overload, limited mobility, a feeling of stiffness, or in the process of rehabilitation after procedures. The choice of technique should result from a physiotherapist's assessment and take into account the patient's health condition and any contraindications.
