Gigantomastia
Gigantomastia is a significant, excessive enlargement of the breasts that can cause physical and functional complaints. It may occur during puberty, pregnancy, in the course of hormonal changes, after taking certain medications, or be related to individual predispositions. Symptoms may include spinal pain, shoulder strain, skin problems under the breasts, limited activity, and psychological discomfort. Diagnosis and assessment of possible management require medical consultation and individual diagnostics.
