Lymph
Lymph is a fluid circulating in the lymphatic system that participates in the body's immunity, the transport of substances, and the removal of excess fluid from tissues. Its proper flow helps maintain fluid balance and supports regenerative processes. Disturbances in lymph drainage can lead to swelling, a feeling of heaviness, skin tension, or discomfort. If the swelling is one-sided, increases, appears suddenly, or is accompanied by pain or redness, it requires medical consultation.
