She is a sociologist and pedagogue by training. She completed her master's degree in pedagogy with theater animation, where she learned techniques for working with people and their emotions. In her professional work she is guided by empathy, full commitment and professionalism.

For the past 10 years she has been engaged in direct Patient Service at dr Szczyt's clinic. She has received a lot of training in medical customer service. She is passionate about a healthy lifestyle, which translates into a holistic approach to patient care, recognizing patients' expectations and needs.

Privately, she is a fulfilled mom and creator of a home garden. She spends her free time traveling by bicycle and cooking.
