Is breast reduction surgery safe?
Yes, breast reduction surgery is safe, provided it is performed by an experienced plastic surgeon. Before the procedure, you should undergo a thorough consultation to rule out any medical contraindications, such as chronic conditions.
Can I breastfeed after the surgery?
Most breast reduction procedures preserve some of the breast tissue and milk ducts, which makes breastfeeding possible; however, there is no guarantee that it will be possible. The decision to undergo surgery should be made after you have finished having children.
