Patient Concierge

Patient Concierge – patient care at the clinic

We are looking for a Patient Concierge to join our team. This is the person who is the first to greet the patient upon entering the clinic, helps them find their way around the facility, directs them to reception or the appropriate consulting room, assists with paperwork, and ensures their comfort while waiting for their appointment.

The Patient Concierge also coordinates the ongoing flow of patients on the clinic's ground floor, responds to patients' needs, cooperates with reception and medical staff, and tactfully informs patients of any delays. This role is for someone open, empathetic, communicative and attentive — someone who isn't afraid to strike up a conversation, can maintain a high standard of courteous contact, and enjoys topics related to plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine, cosmetology and aesthetics in general.

On-site work at the headquarters of Dr Szczyt Plastic Surgery, ul. Królewicza Jakuba 37, Warszawa.

Form of employment: B2B, contract of mandate, employment contract

Starting pay: PLN 40 net per hour, contract of mandate: PLN 45 gross.

Responsibilities:

• greeting patients and ensuring their comfort from the moment they enter the clinic,
• directing patients to reception, consulting rooms and other appropriate areas of the facility,
• pointing out key locations, such as the cloakroom, restroom, coffee and water,
• helping patients fill out paperwork,
• providing basic organizational information,
• coordinating the flow of patients in the reception area and on the clinic's ground floor,
• informing patients of any delays in a calm and professional manner,
• cooperating with reception, patient care coordinators and medical staff,
• tactfully informing patients about the clinic's services, e.g. cosmetology, massages or aesthetic medicine,
• maintaining aesthetics, tidiness and a friendly atmosphere in the patient area.

Our requirements:

• very good command of English,
• high personal culture and knowledge of professional service standards,
• openness, communicativeness and ease in making contact,
• empathy, attentiveness and kindness toward patients,
• an extroverted disposition — we are looking for someone who isn't afraid to strike up a conversation,
• ability to remain calm, tactful and discreet,
• interest in topics such as plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine, cosmetology, beauty and aesthetics,
• neat, professional appearance,
• experience in customer service, patient care, hotel guest service, the premium sector or service sales is an advantage.
