Bez kompleksów– Episode 3: Weronika’s Story

The third episodeBez kompleksówtells the story of 28-year-old Weronika—an energetic, cheerful woman who lives in the countryside, where she and her husband are raising two daughters. It was there, amid the daily grind of household chores, that she struggled with a problem that had robbed her of her quality of life and self-confidence for years.
The heroine's story
Weronika works as a hairdresser and wedding makeup artist, and she also teaches high-energy Zumba classes. However, despite her active lifestyle, her daily life was marked by pain and limitations. The reason was her exceptionally large breasts—a 75M cup size—which had been hindering her work and personal life for years.
Men often stared at her, which made her feel uncomfortable. During dance classes, her breasts significantly hindered her ability to perform jumps and dynamic movements. To “flatten” her figure even slightly and manage the strain, Weronika wore three bras at once every day. Despite this, she still struggled with back pain, chafing, strap marks, and chronic muscle tension.
However, her problems weren’t limited to her breasts. Due to prolonged nausea during both pregnancies, Weronika suffered severe tooth damage and gum inflammation, which required comprehensive dental treatment.
Makeover Plan
Dr. Marek Szczyt and Dr. Michał Nawrocki held a joint consultation to develop a multi-stage treatment and transformation plan for Weronika. In her case, breast reduction was not merely a cosmetic procedure—it was intended to provide real relief for her spine, eliminate pain, and improve her quality of life.
At the same time, it was necessary to address the patient’s dental issues. Following an initial dental cleaning and a 3D CT scan, the treatment was handled by specialists at Nawrocki Clinic: Dr. Dawid Szpak, who oversaw the dental restoration, and Dr. Maciej Przeniosło, who performed the extractions and placed the implants. At this stage, Weronika had already seen her first transformation—a beautiful, even smile thanks to aesthetic temporary restorations.
Breast surgery
Four weeks after completing her dental treatment, Weronika was admitted to the Dr Szczyt Clinic. The breast reduction surgery was performed by Dr. Krzysztof Potocki, a plastic surgeon. The procedure lasted about four hours and included the following:
- breast reduction involving the removal of approximately 2 kg of glandular and fatty tissue,
- reduction of the nipples,
- shaping the bust while preserving the ability to breastfeed in the future.
As Małgorzata Rozenek-Majdan pointed out:
This is an example of a situation in which plastic surgery provides genuine medical benefits—the procedure not only improves appearance but, above all, eliminates pain and serious discomfort.
Getting back in shape and the next steps in the transformation
Sixteen weeks after her surgery, Weronika returned to the show’s set, ready for the next stages of her transformation.
She started with a visit to hairstylist Bartosz Bronowicki, who planned a three-step IQ coloring treatment—gentle on the hair and designed to achieve an elegant shade of light brown. Makeup artist Kamila Tadriyan taught Weronika a technique for applying a highlighting concealer, which gives the face a fresh, youthful look.
Her new figure also called for a fresh approach to clothing. Stylist Kasia Baran helped Weronika adapt to her new proportions by teaching her how to choose styles that best flatter her figure.
The Final Result of the Makeover
More than 10 months after the program began, Weronika appeared on camera looking completely transformed. In a long black dress, with a classic updo and a new smile, she looked incredibly elegant and radiant. Most importantly, she was free of back pain, skin irritation, and the daily limitations that had robbed her of comfort for years.
As Dr. Marek Szczyt summarized:
Veronika’s story shows that plastic surgery isn’t just about beautification, rejuvenation, or correcting birth defects (...). It’s great that on this show I can convey the message that if someone is suffering, they should go to a doctor, and the doctor will treat them.
Veronica’s transformation culminated in a family photo shoot with her husband and daughters—a symbolic conclusion to her difficult yet beautiful journey toward health and self-confidence.
