She graduated in dietetics from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Uniwestern Medical University in Warsaw.
She is a graduate of the postgraduate program in psychodietetics at SWPS.
Master's degree in tourism with a focus on running and organizing weight loss holidays for patients with metabolic disorders.
Member of the Polish Society of Dietetics and the Polish Association of Dietitians.
She has completed Level I of Solution Focused Therapy and dietary coaching.
Author of the " Behind the Hand" program and the "Head in kilos" workshops, trainer in the wellness industry. Next year she begins a 4.year study of psychotherapy at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation.
Privately, she is a Zumba lover and Nordic walking instructor.
