Preservé™ - an innovative method of breast augmentation

Preservé™ is a technique based on sparing breast tissue. Thanks to modern instruments and patented surgical solutions, the implant is inserted atraumatically - without damaging the pectoral muscle and ligaments. The procedure preserves the natural structure of the breast, providing softness, stability and high biocompatibility.

Who is the Preservé™ treatment designed for?

The treatment is dedicated to women who:

  • They desire a natural-looking breast augmentation,
  • They value safety and a quick return to form,
  • are afraid of the classic, more invasive methods,
  • expect minimal scarring and a short recovery,
  • want to preserve breast sensitivity and function,
  • are planning their first breast augmentation, mastopexy with implant or hybrid modeling.

FAQ

Answers to frequently asked questions about a variety of treatments and procedures.

What implants are used in the Preservé™ method?

The Preservé™ technique uses smooth-surfaced implants, currently up to 330 ml in volume.

How is Preservé™ different from the MIA method?

MIA allows implants up to 195 ml to be inserted through axillary access. In Preservé™, it is possible to use larger implants (up to 330 ml), which are inserted through a small incision in the subpectoral fold. Both solutions are based on stretching the tissues, without cutting them, and the procedure is performed under local anesthesia with sedation.

Are the implants in this method safe?

Yes. Both the implants used in MIA and Preservé™ are from a reputable manufacturer and have been thoroughly tested before being released to the market.

Where is the implant placed?

In the Preservé™ method, the implant is placed under the mammary gland.

What does the insertion of the implant look like?

The implant is inserted through a discreet, approximately 3-cm-long access in the subpectoral fold.

Does the method increase the risk of bag formation?

No. Thanks to the "no touch" technique and the SmoothSilk coating on both MIA and Preservé™, the risk of fibrous bag formation is very low.

When can the procedure be performed after breastfeeding?

At least 6 months should have passed since the end of lactation.

Do implants need to be replaced after years?

There is no need for prophylactic implant replacement. We recommend regular ultrasound examinations once a year to catch any abnormalities early. Implants are only removed or replaced when there are medical or aesthetic indications. Many patients enjoy the results up to 20-30 years after the procedure without the need for reoperation.

Since when has the Preservé™ method been performed in Poland?

The procedure was introduced in 2025, and we have been performing it at our Clinic since September - after obtaining full certification.

Is the Preservé™ method suitable for severe breast asymmetry?

For significant asymmetry, other surgical techniques work better.

How is Preservé™ different from the subfascial method?

In Preservé™, the implant is placed under the mammary gland, while the subfascial method involves placing the implant under the fascia of the pectoralis major muscle.

What is the question of anesthesia?

It is administered topically at the site of the incision and then cannulated into the space under the gland. For complete comfort, the patient is guided under shallow sedation.

How soon can you return to activity after the procedure?

Daily activities, such as shopping and housework, are possible the next day. Full physical activity, including weight training or contact sports, is recommended after about 4 weeks.
