Course of Preservé™ treatment
Before treatment:
- Comfortable attire, basic laboratory and imaging tests (breast ultrasound),
- be fasted (6 hours without food, 4 hours without drink),
- Consultation with the surgeon, marking of the surgical field, photographic documentation.
During the treatment:
- Local anesthesia with sedation,
- An incision in the subpectoral fold (about 3 cm),
- atraumatic stretching of tissues with a special balloon,
- An implant inserted with a Preservé™ sleeve using a "no-touch" technique,
- dissolvable sutures.
After treatment:
- Wearing a stabilizing bra,
- A brief observation at the clinic,
- Return home the same day,
- Minimal discomfort, quick return to normal activity,
- Medical check-up after a week, further visits after 3 months and a year,
- annual breast ultrasound.
