Breast augmentation with fatty tissue

Lipofilling, or breast augmentation with one's own fatty tissue, is a modern and increasingly popular method of natural breast augmentation. The procedure achieves a subtle, harmonious effect of breast augmentation and firming, with simultaneous body shaping. By using the patient's own biological material, the method is safe, biocompatible and does not cause allergic reactions.

The bust you've always dreamed of

Lipofilling, or fatty tissue breast augmentation, is an excellent alternative to silicone implants - especially for women who want a natural result without excessive volume. The procedure involves transplanting the patient's own fat tissue taken from selected areas of the body, such as the abdomen, hips or thighs, into the breast area.

The fat collected during liposuction is cleaned and properly prepared, and then inserted into the breasts with a thin cannula. Thanks to this procedure, it is possible to both enlarge the breasts and compensate for breast asymmetry, as well as improve their firmness and shape.

The advantage of the procedure is its dual aesthetic effect - body contouring at the site of fat extraction and natural firming and filling of the breasts. The effect is subtle, soft and completely natural - with no visible boundaries of filling or feeling of artificiality.

Course of the breast augmentation procedure

The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and takes about 2 hours. In the first stage, the doctor extracts fat tissue by liposuction from selected areas of the body. The fat is then cleansed of excess fluid and blood, and the prepared material is transplanted with a thin cannula into the breast area.

Thanks to the precise administration technique, it is possible to achieve an even distribution of tissue and a permanent augmentation effect.
The patient remains in the clinic one day after the procedure for observation.

Effects of the treatment

The effects of breast augmentation with fatty tissue can be seen after just a few days, when the swelling subsides. The breasts become fuller, firmer and more symmetrical.
The main benefits include:

  • The natural look and feel of the breasts,
  • Firming and improving skin elasticity,
  • Smoothing and lifting the bust,
  • Improving the proportions of the figure,
  • Reduction of body fat at the intake sites.

Some of the transplanted fat (about 40-60%) permanently integrates into the breast tissue, providing a long-lasting effect. The procedure can be repeated after a few months if the patient desires more volume.

Recovery period

After the procedure, the breasts may be slightly swollen and sensitive to the touch, but the discomfort is much less than with classic implant augmentation.
For the first 3-6 weeks, it is recommended to wear an underwire-free bra and compression garments at the liposuction site, which helps the healing process and fix the effect.

Stitches from the incision sites after liposuction are removed after about 7-10 days. You can return to light physical activity after 2 weeks, and to full fitness after about a month.
Cannula scars are minimal and become virtually invisible over time.
